The customer fills out a web form, the information from the form is automatically inserted into your CRM application (we recommend Salesforce.com), an email is automatically sent to the customer and a series of email, print or phone messages follow-on to that same customer over the next six months according to pre-defined business rules - all managed by your CRM application.  This is one example of how we help companies adopt automated marketing processes.  In reality, it's a focused effort to improve timely responses to customers, professional follow-through and create more trusted and valued relationships.
